What is Les Mills RPM?

I was recently certified to teach Les Mills RPM classes. RPM stands for Raw Power in Motion and it is a cardio peak cycle workout that uses a great selection of music, simulated climbs and sprints to burn calories and improve cardio fitness.

Each Les Mills RPM release aims to offer a demanding and efficient cardiovascular workout that enhances general fitness, burns calories, and boosts endurance. Les Mills RPM has specific objectives that could include:

  1. Improving cardiovascular health: Les Mills RPM offers a high-intensity cardio workout that has been proven to boost cardiovascular health by elevating heart rate, enhancing blood flow, and improving oxygen uptake.

  2. Burning calories and promoting weight loss: RPM workouts aim to boost metabolism and energy expenditure, resulting in calorie burn and weight loss. It's a well-designed program for achieving these goals.

  3. Building strength and endurance: The resistance training incorporated in RPM workouts can help build leg strength and endurance.

  4. Enhancing mental focus: Les Mills RPM workouts' structured and intense nature can help promote mental focus and discipline.

Come and experience the exciting and interactive Les Mills RPM classes, where you'll find a welcoming and encouraging community of fitness enthusiasts. I look forward to having you join me in class in the near future.
