Fitness Programs
1. We start with a half-hour consultation via a video call with your personal trainer. We will discuss your exercise readiness/limitations, goals and objectives, and available equipment.
2. Next, you will receive two integrated full-body workouts (A & B), customized for your current fitness level, goals, objectives, and available equipment through the VirtaFitness app.
3. Once you have your initial workouts, we will schedule a second half-hour video consultation to go over the program with a trainer to answer questions and to advise on proper form and techniques.
4. Your personal trainer will monitor daily and weekly progress and will be available to answer questions and provide support and encouragement through the message feature of the app.
5. Ongoing, your trainer will be available for a half-hour video consultation each week scheduled through the VirtaFitness app.
6. As appropriate, integrated workouts (A&B) will be progressed every four weeks. New workouts will be posted in the VirtaFitness app.
$79 per month, quit at any time
On RAMP is a series of warm-up exercises that are designed to test your Range of motion, Activate your muscles to perform basic movements, and Movement Prep your body for what lies ahead. In addition to a warm-up, RAMP is great to put your body through on "off days" and before cardio workouts like running and cycling. Delivered through the Virtafitness Trainerize app with demo videos of each exercise. $15 for one month use.
